Description

Central stop for double-leaf gates, stainless steel AISI 304

Product code: B8/32

The central stop B8/32 is designed to ensure the correct position of double-leaf gate wings when closing. It serves a fixed stop that limits the movement of the gate wings, allows for their precise seating, and helps prevent excessive stress on the gate structure.

Thanks to its robust stainless steel construction, it is suitable for use with entrance, garden, and industrial gates. The shaped design ensures mechanical stopping of the wings in the desired position, and the mounting base allows for firm attachment to the ground.

Material

Stainless steel AISI 304.

Surface finish

Without additional surface treatment (stainless steel design). Stainless steel AISI 304 provides good resistance to corrosion and weathering, making it suitable for outdoor use.

  • Overall dimensions of the base (A × B): 158 × 138 mm

  • Mounting hole spacing (a × b): 130 × 110 mm

Mounting and compatibility

The central stop is designed for attachment to a solid base using four mounting holes in the base. During installation, suitable anchoring elements must be selected according to the type of substrate, and the correct positioning of the stop relative to the position of the gate wings must be ensured.

The stop is installed at the point where both gate wings meet, to ensure their correct seating and limit unwanted movement in the closed position. Before installation, the clear height of the gate, its construction, and the desired stopping position must be taken into account.

The central stop B8/32 is designed to ensure the correct position of double-leaf gate wings when closing. It serves a fixed stop that limits the movement of the gate wings, allows for their precise seating, and helps prevent excessive stress on the gate structure.

Thanks to its robust stainless steel construction, it is suitable for use with entrance, garden, and industrial gates. The shaped design ensures mechanical stopping of the wings in the desired position, and the mounting base allows for firm attachment to the ground.

Mounting and compatibility

The central stop is designed for attachment to a solid base using four mounting holes in the base. During installation, suitable anchoring elements must be selected according to the type of substrate, and the correct positioning of the stop relative to the position of the gate wings must be ensured.

The stop is installed at the point where both gate wings meet, to ensure their correct seating and limit unwanted movement in the closed position. Before installation, the clear height of the gate, its construction, and the desired stopping position must be taken into account.
