The galvanized steel guide profile with mounting holes is designed for cantilever sliding gates and ensures stable guidance and smooth movement of the gate leaf. Thanks to its robust construction, galvanized surface, and fastening holes, it is primarily suitable for screwing to the gate frame. It allows installation without the need for direct welding of the profile to the frame.

Installation and compatibility
The profile is primarily intended for screw fastening to the frame of a cantilever sliding gate via mounting holes. It is used with compatible support carriages that ensure the guidance and movement of the gate leaf. When designing the drive system, it is necessary to select carriages and other components corresponding to the passage width and gate weight: (product code SV-94x85Zn clasic) or (product code SV-94x85Zn heavy) after replacing the profiles with holes. A suitable set of components can be designed using Gate Sizing. The rack gear is mounted on the outer side of the profile.
When welding galvanized parts, it is necessary to observe safety precautions to protect against fumes from the zinc layer and, after welding, to appropriately treat damaged areas of the surface finish, for example, with a zinc repair spray (product code J08/03-Zn gray).
