The galvanized steel guide profile is designed for cantilever sliding gates and ensures stable guidance and smooth movement of the gate leaf. Thanks to its robust construction and galvanized surface, it is suitable for manufacturing new gates well renovating existing gate systems. The profile has a wall thickness of 5 mm and is supplied in lengths of 6 m and 3 m.

Installation and compatibility
The profile is primarily intended for welding to the frame of a cantilever sliding gate. It is used with compatible support carriages that ensure the guidance and movement of the gate leaf. When designing the running system, it is necessary to select carriages and other components corresponding to the passage width and gate weight (product code SV-94x85Zn clasic) or (product code SV-94x85Zn heavy), see Gate Dimensioning. The toothed rack is mounted on the outer side of the profile. When welding galvanized parts, it is necessary to observe safety precautions to protect against fumes from the zinc layer and, after welding, to appropriately treat damaged areas of the surface finish, e.g., with a zinc repair spray (product code J08/03-Zn gray).
