Description

Steel bottom guide profile for cantilever sliding gate 94 × 85 × 5 mm – 6.0 m – untreated
Product code: H/02-94x85-Fe-6000

The steel guide profile is designed for cantilever sliding gates and ensures stable guidance and smooth movement of the gate leaf. Thanks to its robust construction and 5 mm wall thickness, it is suitable for manufacturing new gates and renovating existing gate systems. The profile is untreated and is primarily intended for welding to the gate frame.
For designing the running system, use Gate Dimensioning.

Installation: by welding to the gate frame.
Application: cantilever sliding gates.

Installation and compatibility
The profile is primarily intended for welding to the frame of a cantilever sliding gate. It is used with compatible support carriages that ensure the guidance and movement of the gate leaf. When designing the running system, carriages and other components corresponding to the passage width and gate weight must be selected, sets: (product code SV-94x85 clasic) or (product code SV-94x85 heavy). A suitable set of components can be designed using the Gate Dimensioning application. The toothed rack is mounted on the outer side of the profile. After welding, it is recommended to properly treat the profile surface and protect it from corrosion.
The profile is also available in a 3-meter version (product code H/02-94x85-Fe-3000).

The steel guide profile is designed for cantilever sliding gates and ensures stable guidance and smooth movement of the gate leaf. Thanks to its robust construction and 5 mm wall thickness, it is suitable for manufacturing new gates and renovating existing gate systems. The profile is untreated and is primarily intended for welding to the gate frame.
For designing the running system, use Gate Dimensioning.

Installation and compatibility
The profile is primarily intended for welding to the frame of a cantilever sliding gate. It is used with compatible support carriages that ensure the guidance and movement of the gate leaf. When designing the running system, carriages and other components corresponding to the passage width and gate weight must be selected, sets: (product code SV-94x85 clasic) or (product code SV-94x85 heavy). A suitable set of components can be designed using the Gate Dimensioning application. The toothed rack is mounted on the outer side of the profile. After welding, it is recommended to properly treat the profile surface and protect it from corrosion.
The profile is also available in a 3-meter version (product code H/02-94x85-Fe-3000).
